Registration Process:

Register here for a family program.

After registering you will receive a confirmation email with each family member’s enrollment. Please make sure each family member is in the correct session. To check on your family’s registration online, select the drop-down box in the Villager section on your Dashboard.

Click on each family member’s name to go to their profile. In the Enrollment section make sure their account says “Registered”.

Financial:

In the Financial section, you have the option to “Make a Payment” or “View Transactions.” Make sure to have your session paid for before you arrive! Payment questions? clvfinance@cord.edu

Forms and Documents:

You will need to complete the following forms before your stay at the villages:

  • Transportation Form
  • Health Form
Transportation Form

Look for a link to your family's transportation form in the welcome e-mail that will arrive shortly before the start of your session.

Flyers: If you are flying into the Bemidji Airport and would like our staff to pick you up, you MUST sign up online.

Health Form

Health forms will either be emailed or mailed to you closer to the start of the session.

Cabin Mates

Put your family members in as Cabin Mates in the “Optional Items” section. This is especially important if you have a different address than the rest of your family.

Passports, Preparation, and Packing

Passports: You will receive a Welcome Packet before your family session. In the Welcome Packet, you will find a welcome letter from the Executive Director, a packing list, and your Passport. If you haven’t received your Welcome Packet a month before your session, please email your mailing address clvregister@cord.edu. You will receive your Passport in the Welcome Packet. If you misplace your Passport, send us an email or give us a call so we can send you a new one or have it ready for you when you arrive at the village.

Preparation and Packing: You may use this packing list to prepare for your session. The Family Program Handbook is an in-depth resource you may read to prepare for your stay. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
