Minnesota is typical of a continental climate. The Northwoods of Minnesota experiences the widest variety of weather in the United States. Each of the four seasons has its own distinct characteristics. Make sure you come prepared for any weather that may accompany the season of your program.

In addition to clothing and toiletries, you are encouraged to bring items that will enhance the immersion experience such as music, books or cultural items related to the target language.
There are no laundry facilities on-site for villagers, so you need to bring enough clothing for your session.
