Paying Your Bill


  • Program fees are comprehensive and include tuition*, room and board, and all activities while in the program.
  • Each session your child attends has a separate program cost. For example, if your child attends a Village Weekend or Village Field Trip with his or her school, those programs are an additional cost and not included in summer program fees.


Academic Year Programs

  • Virtual Village academic year youth sessions starting January 1, 2021 or later: payment in full due no later than 30 days prior to start of session.
  • Registrations that take place after payment in full date must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Summer Youth Sessions

  • All fees must be paid by June 1. If registered after June 1, full payment is required at the time of registration. Cancellations and registrations are considered received in our office by referring to the postmark date or timestamp of your e-mail or fax.

Pay Your Bill Online

  • To make a payment, log in to MyVillage and select "Financial Management."
  • Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for payment. For questions, contact the finance office at (218) 299-4350.
  • Once you are in the "Financial Management" tab, you must add a new credit card before you will see the option to "make a payment."

When you provide a check as a payment to Concordia Language Villages, you authorize Concordia College either to use the information from your check to make a one-time fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When information from your check is used by Concordia College, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you may/may not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Billing Statements

Billing statements for your family will be sent monthly for summer sessions via email or regular mail. Separate charges will appear for registration and transportation. Summer session scholarships will be applied to accounts after May 1 and before June 1.  

Monthly Installments 

Concordia Language Villages offers monthly installments for all summer residential programs (not available for virtual programs). To elect this option, select "Monthly Installments" as the billing preference when registering. The incremental payments will be deducted from your credit card automatically on or around the first day of every month through June 1. If you've already registered and wish to change the billing preference to monthly installments, please call (218) 299-4350. 

Every Village uses the currency of a country
that speaks the target language.

 If you elect monthly installments, we will use the same credit card used to pay the session deposit. If you would like to use a different credit card, log in to your MyVillage account or call (218) 299-4350. There are no fees or interest charges for monthly installments, and it is provided as a convenience to spread the payments out over a period of time. Monthly installments are designed for tuition fees only



Scholarships are available.

If your villager has earned a scholarship, it is important to know that they are awarded separately from the billing cycle; your registration fees are due independently. If you do, however, make a payment that exceeds your scholarship gift, you will receive a refund.
